About the Role

The successful candidate will take a lead role in defining, promoting, delivering and assuring the OT Security service offering.

The role will require a blend of customer-focused business development and consultancy, and internally-focused project support and assurance.

Key Responsibilities - Including but not limited to:

• Support Operational Technology (OT) / Industrial Control System (ICS) project compliance with cyber security requirements.
• Support sales teams with OT Security related bids.
• Assurance of delivered solutions against applicable standards (e.g. IEC 62443 or similar)
• Define and promote OT security services to Firstco customers.
• Represent Firstco at industry events and communities regarding OT Security.
• Inform and educate Firstco customers and personnel of cyber security requirements and processes
• Ensure Firstco remains abreast of developments in regulations, standards, technologies and best practice.

Qualifications / Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM subject or related field (or equivalent applicable experience)
• Recognised cyber security professional qualifications (e.g. CISSP, GICSP)
• Experience of OT architectures and requirements
• Experience of Critical National Infrastructure environments
• Experience of cyber security regulatory landscape (NCSC, NIS)
• Experience working with IEC 62443 or comparable standards
