Position Summary:
The Procurement Coordinator is responsible for organizing and supervising purchasing functions for a Nationwide Team, coordinating the process and ensuring compliance with existing Company Policies.
Procurement Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Monitor and approve purchase orders for all regions.
- Ensure each virtual purchase card request have data entries that match a corresponding purchase order and approve according to Company parameter
- Reject and return any virtual purchase card requests that contain data entry error(s) to the requester to either cancel or resubmit
- Liaise with Senior Management for virtual purchase card requests outside of parameters, new vendor and team member entries
- Act as the primary liaison between multiple company locations and assist with virtual card computer platform related issues or difficulties
